SonKim Land proudly sponsors the 3rd Thu Duc Open Golf Tournament in 2024

As the joint effort of the Thu Duc City Party Committee Standing Committee, the People's Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thu Duc City, the 3rd Thu Duc Open Golf Tournament, held on September 7, saw the participation of SonKim Land and various organizations and individuals in raising over 41 billion VND for the 'For the Poor' Fund, providing support to those in need within Thu Duc City. 

  
Following the success of the 2nd Thu Duc Open Golf Tournament in 2023 and the establishment of the Thu Duc City Golf Association, the 3rd Thu Duc Open Golf Tournament concluded on September 7, 2024, at the Thu Duc Golf Course, attracting almost 300 professional and semi - professional golfers from various organizations, consulates, businesses, and philanthropic circles. 
  

After the tournament, attendees were treated to a vibrant and unforgettable gala dinner honoring the top golfers. Bui Thi Diem An, with a Gross score of 89, was awarded the Women’s Best Gross for her outstanding shots, while Pham Quoc Phuong claimed the Men’s Best Gross with an impressive Gross score of 69. Over 20 additional awards were presented across various categories at the event. 

As part of its commitment to fostering a vibrant golfing season for seasoned players and supporting meaningful charitable activities, SonKim Land proudly served as a Special Sponsor of this event. 

In this capacity, SonKim Land donated 5 billion VND to the "For the Poor" Fund under the Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front. This contribution will be fully dedicated to charitable and social initiatives aimed at supporting those in need and enhancing the quality of life for the residents of Thu Duc. 

 
Additionally, SonKim Land sponsored the Hole-in-One prize, offering a three-bedroom apartment with stunning lake views and proximity to the golf course at The 9 Stellars project - the first TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) urban development in Ho Chi Minh City. 
Through this sponsorship, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tuan – Chairman of the Thu Duc City Golf Association and SonKim Land not only contributed to creating a space for businesses to connect and grow, but also reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing the quality of life, embracing social responsibility, and collaborating with the government to foster a modern Thu Duc that is cultured, cutting-edge and compassionate at heart. 
  

In the same spirit, SonKim Land introduced golfers to The OpusK Residence - the final masterpiece of The Metropole Thu Thiem complex - and The 9 Stellars. Poised to be the first Model TOD Urban Area in Ho Chi Minh City, The 9 Stellars is situated just 20 minutes from District 1 with a prime location near the Metro Station and Mien Dong Bus Station.  
 

Both of these are key components in shaping the international financial center of Thu Thiem as well as Thu Duc City.
