Mô tả công việc
- Supporting to sign the Associate Contract with Agency.
- Training agencies information related to projects.
- Instructing and introducing all agencies about maquette, showflat, owners, guests/visitors receiving process, deposit procedures in showflat of projects.
- Following up regularly information and images about projects were public on websites in order to handle incorrect information, images about Owners, Project’s scale, etc so that customers find information about project on website, they will be accurate information.
- Supporting agencies in signing deposit contract, contributing registration fee, invitation to events that open sale of apartments of projects.
- Handling conflicts of customers coinciding between agencies.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor/ Colleges in related fields.
- At least 2 years’ experience in same position of real estate.
- Ability to communicate and present.
- Ability to create relationships.
- Proficiency in English or Chinese.
