Job description
Perform as a SKL Development CEO to deliver the following tasks:
- Set up development management, building development management framework, process and procedure, reporting system and standardizing the development management service as a professional service to project owners/shareholders;
- Be responsible for proposing all the projects business plans and KPIs for approval;
- Build teams, mobilizing resources and lead the teams under to carry out all the projects; management tasks and deliver project KPIs per approved;
- Give inputs on SKL strategy, operating model and organization structure if needed;
- Project Portfolio Planning and monitoring;
- Project Portfolio Budgeting and Cash Flow Management;
- Inter-Business and Inter-Departmental Coordination;
- Coordination with Legal Team (for project approvals and other matters);
- Remote Monitoring of Projects;
- Portfolio-Level Management Reporting.
Job Requirement
- BA/MA degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Business Development.
- At least 10 Years of experience working in Real Estate and the same role.
- Risk Management knowledge.
- Strategic Thinking and Planning.
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling, Data Analysis.
- Strong Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal skills.
