-Determine the capital structure of the project

-Modeling, and evaluating the feasibility and financial efficiency of the project
-Cooperate with the fundraising team to raise capital for the project
-Report and interpret the financial information to shareholders, and investors
-Coordinate & instruct QS, PD, and the sale department to prepare the business plan comprising budget, sale target, cash flow forecast, and handover plan of the project annually & full life appropriately with the market & business goals
-Organize and supervise the implementation of the business plan and investment activities of the Company
-Create & improve policies and regulations on the management of financial and accounting activities at the project Company
-Organize to prepare financial statements, and management accounting reports complying with the Vietnam Accounting Standards, laws, and company rules
-Set up tax reports, statistics, and tax finalization in accordance with the tax laws
-Advise the Company's Board of Directors on cost structure, product selling price strategy, cost reduction solutions
-Coordinate with Government agencies, and external audits to ensure correct and timely closing and auditing statements & tax finalization at year-end
-Synthesize and analyze accounting data, and the effects of tax and accounting policies related to business & investment activities to advise the Board of Directors in corporate governance
-Management of accountants, propose appointment, training, and development of accounting manpower resources. Other duties as assigned.

• BA/MA degree in Accounting/ Finance
• At least 5 6 Years of experience into Real Estate FA&ACC.
• Risk management knowledge
• Negotiation skills
• Regulatory knowledge
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and utilizing financial software and tools.
• Experience in project finance, financial analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning.
