Investment Assistant Manager
Job description
- Perform the market research, manage market intelligence to management on the market, legal update and industry information;
- Review project legal documents and analyze the next required steps to obtain the project license;
- Constantly evaluate, perform financial model to study the feasibility of potential projects and give recommendations;
- Prepare investment proposal, investment teaser, divestment materials & data room
- Support due diligence on financial, legal, and tax of target companies;
- Support in the progress of execution: propose deal terms, structures and closing of all transaction documents such as NDA, term-sheets, SPA, SHA…;
- Review and monitor the developments to ensure financial projections are achieved with the approved proposal;
- Model a full lifecycle financial analysis for projects/ assets in the portfolio;
- Assist asset management to prepare and update the report;
- Any such other matters as instructed by the line manager time by time.
Job Requirement
- Degree in Real Estate, Valuation or Finance – related;
- At least 7 years’ experience in real estate investment and development;
- A highly numerate working;
- Analytical, meticulous and detail oriented;
- Strong skill in Excel, power point presentation;
- Fluently English speaking and writing;
- Ability to work well under great pressure and adaptability o quick changes;
- Ability to well manage the relationship with other departments;
- Ability to work independently.
