Position: Sales inhouse / Sales Agency management Manager

We are seeking passionate candidate to fill the position of Sales In house & Agency management Manager.
This role is responsible for overseeing all tasks to supporting sales relating to the Company's going projects.
Responsibilities
• Conduct market research;
• Provide training for Agency and sales staff;
• Propose sales plan + Marketing activities;
• Build a network and recruit F1, F2 mini agents to achieve sales target;
• Support in closing deal;
• Support sales documentation and revenue collection as needed in coordination with other departments;
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirement
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales/ sales Agency management experience in real estate sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully managing sales in house/ agency networks and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire sales agency partners and Sales staff.
• Proficiency in English.
