SonKim Land – Company Trip 2024: Together We Grow

The "Together We Grow" Company Trip took place from October 18–20, 2024, at The Westin Cam Ranh Resort & Spa, bringing together over 300 members of the SonKim Land family. This event was not only a well-deserved break after months of hard work but also an opportunity to strengthen bonds and work towards the company’s growth.

On the first evening, participants had the freedom to explore Nha Trang City or unwind with resort activities, including outdoor movies by the tranquil beach or acoustic music at Haven Lounge, creating a peaceful atmosphere for SonKim Land’s member to relax and recharge for the upcoming activities.

On October 19, engaging beach teambuilding games on the beach centered around four messages from the President: Positive Energy, Team Spirit, Brand Strength, and Sporting Spirit. These activities fostered teamwork and reinforced SonKim Land’s united spirit.

That evening, a grand Gala Dinner celebrated all employees, with special gifts and recognition for female staff in honor of Vietnamese Women’s Day.

The event kicked off with a striking opening dance that conveyed the theme: "PROUD OF THE PAST – CONFIDENT IN THE PRESENT – BELIEVING IN THE FUTURE", followed by heartfelt speeches from CEO Bui Thi Phuong Hien, evoking pride and unity among the team.

The night came alive with dynamic performances from internal teams, along with live bands, a DJ, and entertaining games, creating a vibrant and exciting atmosphere.

Throughout the trip, SonKim Land members enjoyed not only relaxation and entertaiment, but also luxurious 5-star services, making it a memorable and inspiring experience that deepened connections within the team.
