Beyond a sporting event, the 1st Long Binh Open Golf Tournament 2026 carries profound socio-political significance, taking place in celebration of the successful conclusion of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and commemorating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026). Through the tournament, the Organizing Committee aims to connect individuals, organizations, entrepreneurs, and businesses both within and beyond the local area to mobilize social resources in support of key community funds, including “Gratitude to Martyrs and War Invalids,” “For the Poor,” and “For Vietnam’s Seas and Islands – Supporting the Nation’s Frontline Forces.”
