In response to information recently reported by certain media outlets, SonKim Land would like to officially state as follows:
Administrative Penalty Decision No. 5252/QĐ-XPHC issued recently serves as an important basis for SonKim Land to complete the required administrative procedures with the relevant authorities and has subsequently been officially permitted to conduct residential property sales transactions with foreign buyers.
The above-mentioned decision relates to the fulfillment of reporting and information disclosure obligations under administrative procedures. It does not concern any sale of residential property in excess of the prescribed foreign ownership quota, nor any transactions conducted in areas where sales to foreign individuals or organizations are not permitted.
SonKim Land confirms that there is no adverse impact whatsoever on the lawful ownership rights of our valued customers.
