SonKim Land wins BCI Asia Interior Design Awards 2018

Ho Chi Minh City – May, 2018 – On 25 of May, 2018, SonKim Land has been honored and awarded the BCI Asia Interior Design Awards 2018 organised by BCI Asia , the leading provider of construction information in the Asia-Pacific region at Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Tower, Hochiminh City.

The Serenity Sky Villas project developed by SonKim Land has been highly appreciated by the jury that is composed of both academic and professional experts worldwide, as not only thank to its outstanding design, excellent outer perspective, but also its well-functioning space to increase comfort, ensure health and safety for residents.

In particular, the jury has selected the Serenity Sky Villas according to the following very strict criteria, including Spatial design (space usage, user friendliness and functional aspects), Comfort (ergonomics, emotional aspects and well-being), Aesthetics (appearance of the space), Innovation (the use of technology or creative ideas and environmental considerations), and Realisation efficiency (practicality and ease of actualization).
