Quoc Loc Phat carried out the topping-out ceremony of The Opera Residence

Quoc Loc Phat has announced the topping-out ceremony of The Opera Residence at The Metropole Thu Thiem in Ho Chi Minh City. The project, owned by Quoc Loc Phat and developed by SonKim Land, is located in the number 1 functional area of Thu Thiem's new urban area and consists of three basements, five podium floors, and two high towers with 20 floors. The 1 - 4 bedroom apartments here are designed to take in the entire view of the Saigon River and are adjacent to a diverse system of facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool, golf simulator, sauna room, etc.

Despite the difficulties of the real estate market and the fluctuation of construction material prices, SonKim Land has tried to achieve this important construction milestone, paving the way for the completion and operation of The Opera Residence within the next 12 months. This achievement is made possible by the contributions of Hoa Binh Group, the general contractor who has won National Brand 8 times in a row; ACONS, the design consultant; J.Roger Preston Vietnam, the MEP consultant; and DP Architects and Vo Gia Company, the architectural consultants.

The Opera Residence was recognized as the winner of Residential High-Rise Architecture for Vietnam”, Apartment /Condominium for Vietnam, and Residential High-Rise Development for Vietnam at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2021. This is a noble recognition of SonKim Land’s efforts in bringing unique products to the market and the customers.
