According to Official Letter No. 36357/SXD-PTDT dated October 9, 2026, issued by the Department of Construction, projects developed by SonKim Land are included in the list of residential housing projects eligible for ownership by foreign individuals and organizations. SonKim Land has completed the administrative procedures for all projects listed, including:

• The Nassim Thao Dien
• The 9 Stellars: Alta Height và Alpha Residence
As of this date, SonKim Land has fulfilled its administrative reporting and information-provision obligations to the relevant state authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
