Vietnam Property Awards Names First Real Estate Personality Of The Year
Nguyen Hoang Tuan, chairman and founder of SonKim Holdings Investment, has been chosen by the editors of Property Report as the first-ever recipient of this prestigious honour in Vietnam
With more than two decades of successful leadership experience under his name, Mr. Nguyen, an MBA graduate from the Southern California University’s international programme in Vietnam, embodies the spirit of the whole SonKim Group by pioneering unique and lifestyle business ideas in real estate, fashion, retail and media; building highly successful partnerships with government, local and various international firms; as well as promoting superior customer satisfaction.
As chairman of the SonKim group, Mr. Nguyen upholds the strict high standards and quality of the company’s business operations, including real estate arm SonKim Land Corporation and its subsidiaries.
“The Real Estate Personality of the Year award is an honour not only to me but also for SonKim Land,” he said. “This award is a milestone that remarks our development direction over the past year, especially with the Gateway Thao Dien project.”
Set to create a new standard living in the vibrant Thao Dien, District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City, the Gateway Thao Dien was launched by the end of May 2015 and is one of two, high-profile luxury residential projects of SonKim Land this year, the other being The Nassim, also in HCMC, which is being launched in August.
“Vietnam’s property market is ready for luxury products; buyers deserve high quality products with international standards. This understanding guides SonKim Land to invest in luxury real estate segment, based on true market demand,” Mr. Nguyen shared his vision for the thriving domestic market, especially in HCMC, where his business is based and his two children attended school.
“SonKim Land focuses on luxury property projects and aims to bring high quality products with international standard to Vietnam market, as our strategic vision.” He added that the amended housing regulation was a good sign for property market in Vietnam as this would stimulate the consumption for the luxury real estate sector.
Mr. Nguyen will be personally accepting his honour at the inaugural black-tie gala dinner and awards presentation ceremony of the Vietnam Property Awards, which is set to take place on 14 August, Friday at the InterContinental Asiana Saigon in HCMC.
